Survived

I survived my first college semester! I am now on an 8 day break before I start my next semester with a creative writing class. I am currently trying to read The Moonstone by Wilkie Collins. I started it quite awhile ago, but only got around 50 pages in. I reviewed what had happened through a website I like using for book summaries and information, and now I am trying to get through it this week (ha ha, it’s a pretty long book). A review of this book is (Lord willing) coming soon. 🙂

On another note, I took my puppy on her first walk in my parent’s neighborhood yesterday. I’ve walked her outside before, but not really on a road. It was hard on her.

I spent time outside with her today, and she didn’t handle the heat well. I had a glass of water for myself, and a bowl for her. She decided to drink out of my glass…she also got leaves aaaalll over her. I don’t think she is cut out for the great outdoors.
